None. No analytics, no tracking, no accounts, no telemetry.
Data storage
Your settings live on your device. The widget syncs with the app using Apple's App Groups. Nothing leaves your phone.
Third parties
There aren't any. No SDKs, no trackers, no ad networks.
Changes
If this ever changes, I'll update this page. But it won't. The whole point is that it doesn't want anything from you.
